You’ll need to agree to any “Security Warning” boxes that pop up by confirming you want to “Run” the program. You might also get “Do you want to run the following program:” option at the bottom of your browser window.

You’ll then be given an ID number (9 digits) and a Password (4 digits). We’ll need both those numbers to connect up to your computer, so let us know what those are via phone or email.
You should also have a green dot next to “Ready to connect (secure connection). If not, there may be some problem with your internet connection – let us know that you’re having trouble.
