Once installed the data is backed up nightly, via your broadband connection and monitored remotely every day, as a result glitches or issues with your data are detected quickly and rectified.

Off site backup means that in the event of the destruction of your server (and frequently the same room the on-site backup would be stored in, if used) we can have your data back up and running within 24 hours, meaning that crisis recovery can begin immediately even if part or all of your building is out of action.
